The Wheel of Life is a tool to help you assess how you currently feel in various areas of your life, and identify where you might like to keep doing things, or where you might like to make some changes.

Download your wheel and complete it by firstly thinking about what an ideal state would mean to you, at the moment, in each of these 8 areas:

  • Health & Fitness

  • Money & Finances

  • Career & Work

  • Family & Friends

  • Partner & Love

  • Personal growth & Learning

  • Physical environment

  • Fun & Recreation

Now, think about where you would rate yourself out of 10 at the moment against your ideal state - with 10 being that you are achieving your ideal state. Mark these scores on your wheel.

Finally, examine your wheel and consider:

  • What surprises you?

  • Where are you scoring the highest (so closest to your ideal state in that area)?

  • What do you need to continue doing to maintain a [high] score?

  • Which areas did you rate the lowest?

  • What actions do you want to take to increase a score in a particular area?

  • What would need to happen for you to balance your wheel?

  • What difference would making these changes make to how you feel overall about your life?
