People who know what they are good at, and use their strengths, are more confident, productive, build stronger relationships, deliver better outcomes and are generally happier.
Download the worksheets and spend some time reading through the list of strengths on the first page. Start noting which ones you think are strengths of yours (or the ones you would really like to be strengths of yours). Refine the list to the top 5 strengths.
Once you have identified and appreciated your unique strengths, list the top 5 on the second page and think about how you are currently demonstrating or using these strengths in your personal and work life. Then think about how you could be using these strengths more and maybe commit to at least one action today that is bringing your strength energy into more areas of your life.
Developing your strengths can lead to a greater sense of purpose and meaning to your life, as it is aligning your inner and outer worlds, allowing you to show up authentically and fully.
